JSC Belmagistralavtotrans is an open joint-stock company, the owners of which are:

• the state (ownership the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus) with a 51.55% stake;
• individuals (more than 3980 persons) with a share of 35.86%;
• legal entities (9 companies) with a share of 12.59%;

The Company has a status uniqueness, because, in fact, being a state-owned enterprise, it can also be considered a «people’s enterprise». About 4,000 citizens of the Republic of Belarus who have exchanged their “Property” checks for shares of the joint-stock company invest their hopes and expectations in it. It is a diversified company providing a wide range of services: international cargo transportation and transportation services, forwarding, logistics, customs services, temporary storage warehouse service. Technical support services for the repair, maintenance and evacuation of vehicles, wholesale trade in spare parts; office leasing, as well as leasing activities in financing of investment projects for the acquisition of automotive equipment.

The group of Belmagistralavtotrans includes two unitary and four subsidiary companies with localization in the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Poland. The main specialization of the subsidiaries is international cargo transportation.

Our opportunities

We have more than 200 trucks in our group of companies. The total area of buildings and structures of logistic center, including customs and temporary storage warehouses, is 5000 square meters. Service stations for repair of automotive equipment are equipped with 11 posts, and service stations for repair of heavy-duty semi-trailers and Scania vehicles with 5 posts. The customs clearance hall for imported and exported cargoes accommodates 10 workplaces of customs representatives, and there is a customs clearance office here.

The development of production capacities is an ongoing process

To ensure a high level of production and economic efficiency, one of the most important directions of the policy pursued by the Company is the intensive use of production areas, equipment, vehicles, production facilities, ensuring their constant technical readiness and maintaining high technical and technological equipment.

Special attention to quality

Since 2008 Belmagistralavtotrans has certified the quality management system of maintenance and repair of cargo vehicles for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2001. Since 2009 within the framework of QMS development the certificate of compliance of the quality management system of the transport and logistics center for the organization of delivery of prefabricated cargoes, customs clearance and warehousing of cargoes with the requirements of ISO 9001-2009 has been obtained. In 2011 and 2012 the certificates of conformity were confirmed. Criteria and methods ensuring the efficiency of process management, their effective implementation, quality assurance are established in documented procedures. 

The environmental management system STB ISO 14001-2005 has been implemented.

Logistics is our profession

Heavy-duty tilt trucks operate in the segment of transportation of complete cargo consignments.

Small and medium-tonnage trucks are engaged in the transportation of prefabricated cargoes. These transportations are a part of the logistic chain of the line for transportation of small consignments in the direction Europe – Belarus.

High quality cargo transportation services is conditioned by the following factors:

• Provision of necessary automobile equipment, there are more than 200 truck trains in the group of companies.
• Good age and quality structure of the rolling stock – the average age of vehicles is 3.5 years, the fleet meets modern environmental standards Euro-5 and Euro-6.
• Intensity of transport operation – the coefficient of output per line is 0.93, average mileage of one vehicle per month is 13 000km.
• High level of information support – all vehicles are equipped with GSM communication and GPS satellite navigation systems.
• Maximum insurance coverage of the transportation process.
• Organization of transportation of expensive cargoes by customs carrier, transportation of dangerous goods.

The transport and logistics center of Belmagistralavtotrans is located in the industrial hub of Koliadichi. It is a complex of facilities for performing logistics, customs and warehousing operations with cargoes moved by road transport, imported to Belarus and exported from Belarus. The transport and logistics center of Belmagistralavtotrans is one of the ten largest operating centers of Belarus.  The capacity of the logistic center allows passing about 30,000 trucks with arriving goods and more than 25,000 passenger cars arriving as goods during the year.

Truck service center

Includes two service stations.  Volvo service station provides a full range of services for the repair of trucks and buses of this brand, including those under warranty, computer and instrumental diagnostics, repair and replacement of various units, assemblies and parts of the vehicle. Out of the total amount of work performed by the Belarusian Volvo branded services, the service station of Belmagistralavtotrans performs about 48%.

Semitrailer repair service station is one of the leading stations in the Belarusian market of trailer equipment service. In 2012, the range of serviced brands was significantly expanded due to the conclusion of service partnership agreements with manufacturers and direct supply of spare parts. Now JSC “Belmagistralavtotrans” is a service partner and dealer in the sale of spare parts of manufacturers of semi-trailers “Kogel”, “Krone”, “Schmitz”, “Schwarzmuller”, manufacturers of brake systems “Wabco”, “Knorr-Bremse”, manufacturers of axle units “BPW”, “SAF”, the official importer of spare parts “Bergkraft”.

Belmagistralvtotrans obtained State Permssion No. 1 for installation, activation and repair of digital tachographs.

We are proud of our highly qualified personnel

JSC Belmagistralavtotrans is a group of companies with highly qualified personnel. Out of more than 520 employees – 299 drivers, the staff of technical service stations is 46 people, transport and logistics center – 49.

The labor of the company’s employees is appreciated at a high level: many of them have certificates and diplomas of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Association “BAMAP”, the Administration of the Oktyabrsky district. Belmagistralavtotrans OJSC employs 11 people who have been awarded with the badge “Ganarowy Transpartnik”, 9 employees have the badge “Ganarowy Worker of BAMAP”. Our employees were awarded with the medal “For Labor Merits”.

The team of Volvo service station of Belmagistralavtotrans has repeatedly participated in international competitions of mechanics of Volvo service stations. Out of 3740 teams from all over the world, the team of our enterprise reached the semi-finals in the region “East”, also our team won the final of the European teams, and took the 14th place in the world rating.

The national team of drivers constantly takes part in the republican competitions of professional skills of drivers, representatives of the company have repeatedly been winners of competitions.
